Position Overview

Verity Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee residential remodeling projects in Spokane. The Project Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating daily job-site operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This role requires at least 5 years of remodeling experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to represent the company’s values of verity, communication, and quality on every project.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Oversee daily operations on residential remodeling job sites.

• Supervise carpentry crew members and subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and schedule requirements.

• Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling tasks when needed.

• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

• Act as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, providing clear and professional communication about project progress.

• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and rework.

• Report project updates to the Project Manager and company leadership.

 

Qualifications

 

• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience.

• Proven experience managing crews and directing subcontractors.

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

• Effective communication skills with both clients and team members.

• Well-rounded carpentry and general trades experience (“jack of all trades”).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Must have own set of professional-grade tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Prior experience as a Lead Carpenter or Superintendent in residential remodeling.

• Familiarity with Spokane-area building codes and permitting processes.

• Experience with project management or scheduling software.
