Project Superintendent
Position Overview
​
Verity Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee residential remodeling projects in Spokane. The Project Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating daily job-site operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This role requires at least 5 years of remodeling experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to represent the company’s values of verity, communication, and quality on every project.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on residential remodeling job sites.

Supervise carpentry crew members and subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and schedule requirements.

Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling tasks when needed.

Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Act as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, providing clear and professional communication about project progress.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and rework.

Report project updates to the Project Manager and company leadership.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience.

Proven experience managing crews and directing subcontractors.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Effective communication skills with both clients and team members.

Well-rounded carpentry and general trades experience (“jack of all trades”).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Must have own set of professional-grade tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Prior experience as a Lead Carpenter or Superintendent in residential remodeling.

Familiarity with Spokane-area building codes and permitting processes.

Experience with project management or scheduling software.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience. (starting at $62K to 72K/yr)
